I had my cancer in 1989, so there is life at the end of the tunnel. Good luck I also have the burns at the throat and use hand creme on it. Cathy

The end of your treatment, rehab and overal life. My husband is going thru the same treatment at SIU (RADPLAT with radiation). He was diagnosed with cancer in his tongue (80%) about a month ago. He just started the treatment last friday and he can't get rid of the nausea, he is very down and doesn't want to be with anyone - just me. We have done a lot of research before going into this but the side effects are very different for each person and the percent rate of survival too. At this point he can't keep a positive attidue. I wish you could give us some advice based on your own experience. thanks so much | | |
