It's terrifying - and I'm pretty sure all of us have felt that way at some point in our lives - particularly where the C word is tossed into the fray A persons initial reaction to this is always run and hide an hopefully it will go away... Unfortunately that's not going to happen, allow yourself the time to come to terms with this, but then get into fighting mode! And yes - hopefully once all this is over and done and you've healed thy can do implants or gve you dentures.  hugs.
