I liked the uncured hotdogs too, but even better bratwurst, and other German sausages. I had a burtito from Chiptoles, and the pork is least spicy, I do not get any of sauces., I got brave, and had them the pico de gallo, something like that, all the others trimmings, and sour cream mellows the heat, guacamole is a little spicy. Starting out after rads might be too much slice food, took me several years, but some just jump into the fire.
