Just make sure it is well blended and not too thick You can thin it out by adding water. This will boost his calorie and protein in take even if you add only two scoops a day to two of his cans of jevity. Magnesium, and potassium are very important. These minerals can become depleted when a person is dehydrated. This can definitely cause confusion!!! maybe try running a few cans on VERY SLOW overnight while he is sleeping. They take about 2 hours each so you might even get three in... if it's super slow it should help with nausea.
