dx mucoideperdermoid stage 1 .9cm tumor removed from lower left tongue 5-3-11 rad 5-31-11 till 8-10-11 three weeks off in june 9 days in hospital healing mouth from radiation burns. 33 days of radiation.wife is caregiver peg tube july 7-11 age 59 male.

Julieann Nov 2007 SCC on right tonsil following tonsillectomy. Was smoker, QUIT. (Stage IV T2 N2b) 7 weeks radiation one day/wk chemo (carboplatin and 5-FU). Allergic to Taxol; PEG in, lost 30 lbs. TX completed January 2008. PEG out mid- 2008. Nancy (53 at dx) Metastatic SCC. Stage III. HPV positive with occult primary. N1, no ecs 7/1/11 - L-Selective neck dissection. Tonsillectomy. All clean. No rad, no chemo. 5/29/13 - Found primary 7/3/13 - TORS 7/8/13 - Emergency Surgery/Blood vessel burst in throat 8/9/13 - Peg in 9/3/13 - Radiation starts 30 IMRT, 60gy BOT, 56gy both sides of neck 10/14/13 - Radiation ended! 11/12/13 - PEG out!
