I might not have done such a diplomatic post had it been after my extension tube to my PEG suddenly failed late yesterday with the plastic tubing simply snapping off of the orange plug, so that gastric juices and undigested Jevity spurted out drenching my underwear, shirt, pants and jacket in a geyser of foul smelling liquid. Oh well, just get pliers to pull out the stuck plug, put in a new extension tube ,change clothes and pop them all into the washer quickly before the acid permanently stains them. There's a reason why my insurance pays for a brand new extension tube each week - and this one had gone 8 days but I had a bad cold so didn't change it. Just like changing the tube itself every 5 months before it fails also.
I found the VHC too chalky for my taste but forced one can down a day at the end anyway since it did have more calories than the Ensure Plus
