Hopefully you get answers about treatment asap so you can get more advice on here. There are a number of people on here that had BOT and I am sure would be willing to give great advice. Not everyone experiences the same through treatment, but more often then not, there's always someone on here that can help you through and help you figure things out.
Mine was near BOT and i had one lymph node involved! I will be rooting for you! Treatment is never fun, but so worth all the pain in the end!

Trach,ng tube, peg feeding tube
Hemiglossectomy, right side neck dissection, 40 lymph nodes removed. Free-Flap transplant to tongue.
30 rounds IMRT ended July 15,2010
