Liz,
I'm digging out the Big Gun Irish Prayers for Maggie, Alan and you.
My thought are with you all.
As always if I can provide info or help in any way I'm here.

Keep the faith Liz.

Hugs.

As Dave Allen used to say... you Brits will remember.
" May your God go with you.. Alan and Maggie. "

To have two members of the same family have to go through this is just not fair!

Liz,

I will add Alan & Maggie to my prayers just as I have added all of you wonderful people here. Although I only joined this site a few days ago, I feel like I have known all of you forever.

God Bless!

HI Guys and Gals,

Maggie and I enjoyed a quiet but meaningful day yesterday and remembered that our Wedding Day was just as it was yesterday weather wise, more like a Spring Day than a Winter Day, we enjoyed the most marvelous fiery red sunset as we came out of Church after taking our Vows and recorded forever in our Wedding Album.

Unfortunately Maggie's left neck is swelling as her right side and we are both anxious for treatment (radiotherapy) to commence with no further undue delay. Chemo may also be an option, but for the moment pain management is becoming a priority.

I hate to see anyone so ill, but am proud of Maggie's tenacity and courage which is coming from a place deep inside her soul which surely has been fortified by the comfort of all your prayers of intercession.

Alan

Quiet and meaningful days are very precious and are sometimes even better than rioutous celebrations,as they stay deep in your soul for ever.
I hope you have many more of those, and Maggies new found resoluteness continues.

love liz
