Thank you Margaret for keeping people updated. FB is a wonderful tool.
I came home yesterday afternoon. Of course Im still in quite a bit of pain. There is a drain coming out of the back of my head. Luckily I dont have feeling in that area. From what Ive been told, the operation was very successful. I look almost how I did before I got sick in 2007. In a couple days I will be brave enough to take a look. My sore shoulder seems to be better now too as he loosened my neck in some places which gives my more function in my left arm. My doc even covered over a spot behind my ear that I was struggling to heal for the past couple months.
Now I just gotta concentrate on healing. Im doing my tube feedings and adding a scoop of protein powder which boosts my protein intake by 25 grams. Sorry, David but Im not quite up to helping you yet. In a few more days I will be feeling much better and will be back to helping people.
