But being in FL even that isn't enough to stop the area from getting darker with the least bit of sun. Has anyone ever tried the skin bleaching products? If so did they work??

It's possibly could make things go from bad to worse. I am always in the sun and don't use sunscreen, but do have anice tan. My skin might just be too old to burn anymore. LOL Like an Alligator. My turkey neck doesn't count.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April. --- Passed away 5/14/14, will be greatly missed by everyone here
