"Death is a punishment to some, to some a gift, and to many a favor. I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge, that myth is more potent than history. I believe that dreams are more powerful than facts - that hope always triumphs over experience - that laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death. With Love, Petey"
He will live forever, right here.

Please accept my condolences and please let the rest of the family know how much I enjoyed my emails with Petey, as well as his posts here on the forum.
I can easily say that I have never "met" a more sincere, loving, honest, humorous and courageous man as Petey. He did so much for our cause in such a short time. He brought the plight of the uninsured and the horrors of this dreaded disease to the public.
He never let me miss a post on the forum that he thought I could help with. His email notices were very welcomed. His advice to others and his helpful postings and emails guided so many new members to the OCF through the trials and tribulations of learning how to negotiate the forum and how to post "the right way".
He will always remain "My Most Unforgetable" character. I will miss him.

While Petey may now be beyond the blue horizon, his words here will remain for years to come helping those facing this battle. I hope he knew that.
