Our beloved brother Petey B, passed away today at 4:14 PM EST at the Hospice Center Good Samaritan Hospital, West Palm Beach, Florida.
He was with his mother, sister Tina, and two sons, Peter and Robert. His wife arrived shortly after.
Please say a prayer for him. He loved ALL of you, YOU were his very SPECIAL friends and comfort
when he felt there was no one else to talk to.
God Bless you all. Keep supporting each other, and for those of you that have fought the battle and have your health, keep supporting the others still fighting. You are all absolutely awesome!!
Petey will answer your prayers and pull the BIG STRINGS from ABOVE THE BLUE HORIZON! Stay connected.
He was very comfortable and at peace the last few days listening to music he loved and the voices of his father and brother (on tape) that preceded him to the LIFE AFTER LIFE. We believe that a better life awaits all, as energy NEVER dies but moves to another wonderful and peaceful place.
Petey B awaits his friends there.
There are so many of you that we wish we could thank, just know that we love all of you.
Love from Petey and his family,
Stella H
Petey's sister

I am sorry to hear this news, though the fact he had not posted in the last week or so was an indication that this was coming.

Petey was here only a short time -- less than six months -- but he jumped right in with both feet and left an indelible impression. Fittingly, his most recent posts were not about his own situation, but were efforts to help others.

Thank you, Stella, for letting us know. Our prayers are with you all.

Thanks for sharing at this difficult time, I know that this must have been a hard thing to put down into type. I'm sure heaven will be a more interesting place now Petey is there. God Bless all of you left behind, may you find strength in your love for each other.

Stella, thank you for letting us know. Your brother touched my life with his humor and honesty. I truly dreaded reading this, but I knew it was coming. The last email from him to me was a few weeks ago and of course, he told me a hilarious joke and I truly laughed out loud! I prayed he would be comfortable at the end. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family, God Bless, Carol (Crab Cakes to Petey) SMILE! I miss hearing from him already.

Stella,

I only knew Petey for a short time but he truly touched so many of us on this board with his posts and emails. He was always willing to lift some of our sadness and fear through his supportive words and his vast wealth of information. I often thought that part of the "grand plan" for Petey's life was to be Petey on this board.

I will truly miss him- Sophie

I will miss him and I am glad that his last
