On 4/15/10 I will be attending this expo ! Special cuisine from local chefs & Masters of Ceremonies , Dr. Shawn Newlands. This event is sponsored from my local chapter of S.P.O.H.N.C. I will post back after the event. I hope I get some new ideas, as I am getting bored with the same old...same old! How I miss subs, hamburgers & so much. I think it is worse in the warmer months, with all the cook outs and festivals. I know, I am grateful to be able to eat...anything! As I sure couldn't (almost)2 years ago!
