Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | Geez what a thing to tell you, I have matal in both shoulders,, but it is stainless stell and doesn't bother the MRI machine. Now if you had mesh in your mouth or I had mesh in my shoulders. It could mess the MRI up. Some people, Professional and nonpro, just have no common sense. Some are dumber in the head than a mule is in the ass.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 6 | Well my MRI is booked for March 22/10. It takes a long time to get things done in a small town. And I am seeing the ENT on April 1/10. I will keep you all posted. Thanks again for all of your replies and support. | | |
