Apparently I was impacted. I did finally get some relief. I hate this.

Do you know what may be causing the Big C? Are you on pain meds?

They told me that the cisplatin could cause it. I have struggled with it all my life but normally colace tablets work. Not this time, nothing seemed to work. I am okay now. I am just going to make sure I am drinking a ton of water which I do not seem to be able to get enough in me. My lips are always dry and I am coughing all the time. UGH. It will be over in a few short weeks.

My husband is also experiencing constipation. He takes Miralax twice a say along with 3 bisocodyl tablets. The nurse said he could increase the Miralax up to 3 times a day if he needed. So far, this is working. I hope you feel better. Constipation is another indignity in the fight toward wellness.
