Petey
You and I have exchanged several PM's and share two life altering diseases. Both are fatal if left untreated, yet you're dealing with both.

I'm proud of you, and proud to see you fight. I'm going to be spending part of my Thursday at the Cancer center too, and I will be stopping in the chapel there and spending some time praying for you. I can't think of a single place where the power of prayer will be stronger that day.

You have a ton of people praying for you, and fighting right alongside you. Your job is straight-forward; get there ( to the hospital), and to quote a famous American..."GIT ER DUN" (thanks Larry the Cable Guy) and GET WELL.

That's it, that's all. Simple. Get someone to send out a link to the news stories; we all want to see them.

Now, for a famous (French) Canadian saying.." Bon Chance"..good luck, and godspeed on your return to health. We have a bunch more talking to do during your recovery

Petey--
Sending many good thoughts southward -- you have come so far already!

All the best,
Leslie

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.
