Magdalena. I just went back and read all of your postings from number one. In this process, you have never mentioned how the doctors determined that you had lesions in your lungs. Would you mind posting about the diagnostic tests that you had that definitively determined that you had a metastasis of cancer to your lungs before they put you on the chemo for this.

As a quick answer to your question in this thread, I mentioned OCF and personal friend Glenn early in your postings, and he had RFA for tumors in his lungs. The procedure is a means to reduce the size of a tumor, but it is not a definitive means to remove all of the disease. It is often used to slow progression rather than to effect cure.
