Does anyone know of any good websites for esophageal cancer? My son's best friend was just diagnosed. It's stage 3, which I know can't be too good.

I saw a couple posts where people mentioned it and I saw Brian's answer that it was a different type of cancer and not addressed on this site, but didn't see if anyone mentioned any other sites or had any other helpful info.
