Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 1,940 | In the United Kingdom they have trained dogs to sniff out cancer .Its an amazing thing to watch,but the odour i was talking about is associated with tumours that have actually burst through the skin creating fistulas that leak this very unpleasant smelling discharge.
