"OCF across the pond" Patient Advocate (1000+ posts) Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 1,940 | To be absolutely ruthless the smell is dead rotting flesh.The tissue where the hole appears dies and becomes liquid,this creates a a brown fetid discharge.Its very distressing and very hard to treat.
