I have found the perfect water bottle- flip top plastic reusable, dishwasher safe, there for you in the middle of the night - flip open drink and reclose - it is wonderful. Problem is, it is very hard to find. There are many copy cats, but its difficult to find just the right one. The joke around here is that if they find my water bottle somewhere but without me, they will know something untoward has occured as I am NEVER without my water.

Having had 2 bouts of radiation, my water bottle has become an extension of my right arm! It doesn't really bother me that this is a part of my life - just the way things are now. My "new normal". Positive side effect: I drink so much water that I can eat as much salt as I like on my food!

Always a bright spot somewhere, eh?
