if there is constipation perhaps miralax would help? it is very gentle ... ask doc and see if this would work to help these problems. my 3 yr old gets constipated so quick and easy and this is what they told me to use with her and said it is safe enough to use daily ... and it has no taste when mixed with other things so this is nice too

for nausea though check in to GRAVOL (this is the name they use in canada) it is over the counter but i would still ask doc due to his condition. the pharmacist here told me that gravol is the same stuff (active ingredient) as what they have in US made motion sickness pills such as dramamine ... so i tried the generic MOTION SICKNESS pills and it worked ... so if other meds are not working for it you may wish to try this ... when i lived in canada and was PG i had nausea very badly and went to ER - they hooked me up to an IV of gravol and i got awesome relief so ever since then this is what i have used for our family for over 20 yrs of nausea relief.
