Bas news is that it recurred for my father. I am copying the report below. I am in a state of panic after talking to doctor. He says that this is a very rare case and gave a hint that this time it is pretty dangerous as it is in skin.

Guys, I am totally in panic. Dont know what this report means and what to do next. Doctor called us to come on monday and he would start chemo I think. Please advice or suggest what this means. Also, if anyone has had similar problem please contact me...

History: Subcutaneous nodules in the neck since 15 days. Excision biopsy ofthe subcutaneous nodule for HPE.

MICROSCOPIC: The sections shows epider consisting of squamous epithelium in the sub epithelial tissue. There is a clump of
polyhedral cells present with hyper chromatic nucleus and eosinophilic cytoplasm.

PATHOLOGICAL DIOGNOSIS: Subcutaneous noduJe with
METASTATIC DEPOSITS OF SQUAMOCELL CARCINOMA.
