Oral cancer does not take lives by what it does in our mouths, it is the metastasis of the disease to vital organs that is where the danger lies. Please remember that distant mets, while dangerous, are not necessarily incurable. This could also be a new primary. How did the liver lesions get noticed and what other symptoms do you have?
