And that DOES NOT make it a false diagnosis, diagnosis is less concered with mechanism of incidence than determination of the condition that exists. After that, the treatment process for a particular stage and location is pretty much going to be determined by established protocols that have shown themselves to be effective. If eitiology were a factor in treatment desision, than this conversation would have importance, as it alters the patient's path. That is not the case.
