Well I feel better to know that I'm not the only one here who indulges in junk food. Seems like a crime that I want to put bad things in my body after all I've been through and vowing I would NOT give it anything I knew was bad. What I didn't know was that when I said that, my taste buds and brain weren't functioning as they are now. Talking with you all is a reminder, though, that I do need to take care of myself just as conscientiously when I'm "well" as when I wasn't. Easier said than done, but a worthy goal, right?
