The other thing I will do if I'm in a place where I can to do it after I have a spasm, or if I have a few in a row, is put heat on that part of my jaw--either a very hot washcloth or the corner of a rice-filled neckwrap that I heat in the micorwave.
Mainly I'm hoping this coronoidectomy surgery I have planned will help with the jaw cramps. My ENT says he thinks it should.
