Re: your question I believe that the healing should be done prior to radiation - don't think it is bothered by chemo. If this is wrong - will someone please let us know so we can learn something.
I will tell you this - the most valuable piece of advice my husband received, but the hardest to follow - was to EAT LIKE HELL at this stage and gain all the weight you can. Please try and do that over this holiday weekend.
