Hi Marina. When my husband was receiving treatment he also had chills and was sensitive to cold. His hands and feet were also always cold. We were told when he started treatment to get a thermometer and check his temperature regularly to monitor for fevers and call the treatment team if his temperature was 38 celcius degrees or above. I do remember his temperature being below what is considered normal on several occasions. I expect you have numbers to call with any concerns you have between appointments. Do not hesitate to use them so that you do not worry needlessly. At our cancer centre all enquiries were handled by a triage nurse, sometimes I had to leave a voice mail, but were always handled promptly and appropriately. The staff at the cancer centres know how stressful the disease and treatment is and are very supportive. Lean on them as much as you need to.
