Instead of sending copies of the booklet or recipes please post the address so people can contact Carnation directly and let them know that they learned about this booklet and Carnation VHC through the OCF patient forum.

Why not use this booklet as an intro to OCF.
You should write a thank you letter and let them know that you have posted the address here.
