Taxotere was part of my regiment, I do not remember the specific dose but I will tell you, be sure to ask for and take your anti-nausea meds. I was on Kytril, Zofran and Marinol and had few problems. The Marinol also helps with appetite. Drink LOTS of fluids, but you knew that right smile
