Hi All,
I am sorry that I don't have all the details, but my mother, who is 61, has Oral Cancer and is scheduled for her 5th surgery tomorrow at Sloan-Kettering in NYC, in which they are removing part of her lower jaw and replacing it with a bone from her leg. She has had part of her tongue removed already, but this cancer keeps popping back up. I think that all the Lymph Nodes were clear. I am just wondering what books are out there regarding this type of cancer, what to do after surgery, etc.... I bought a book, Beating Cancer with Nutrition by Patrick Quillin already. Are there any other books that you might think will be helpful?
