Hope everyone is having agood day. I want to tell you about a positive experience I am having that has really changed my life.

As many of you are aware through my numerous posts over the years, I have had quite a bit of trouble with neck spasms. It was very difficult and painful. I thought for the longest time that it would just be a side effect I would have to live with for the rest of my life. No amount of physical therapy or massage would do the trick. Nothing worked.
