hey everyone,

i'm a few years into survivorship and have typical issues with minimizing things growing in my mouth. i have routinely brushed (both hi fluoride and biotine toothpastes) and biotine mouth rinse.

recently i've had problems with an area on my gum that was sore and not getting better for a couple of months.

i decided to include a non-alcoholic mouth wash to my daily use. during the past couple of weeks, the gum problem has gone away and the white coating on my tongue has diminished greatly.

so for my needs, i plan to continue using both of the mouth washes... at different times. it seems that a broader spectrum of chemicals is helping to keep crud at bay. my pink tongue looks healthier than the white one did.

anyone else have similar experience or other suggestions?

cu,
larryb
