What worked for me when all else had not was that I just stopped taking all meds and fought thru the pain and the nausea went away and that was my biggest hurdle to overcome. Once the nausea was gone, I was able to drink more and eveything fell back into place.

I am now a firm believer that if you drink your daily water and food you will fare much better all around during and post Tx than you will if you don't keep up. Easier said than done but it's something I wish we could all do.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
