My mom went to see her dentist a few days ago and he was concerned because she can hardly open her mouth and her level of pain is so bad that she is living on vicadin every few hours. She has to sleep sitting up, she can barely eat and it hurts her to talk. He immediately xrayed and called her the next day saying that her jaw is broken. I feel so bad for her. My cousin gave her a big hug the other day and we think this is how it broke. The radiation really did a lot of damage. We are just waiting for the surgery now. She has a bunch of appointments over the next two weeks. I will keep you all updated.
