The tingling sensation is sometimes referred to as L'Hermitte's sign, and it can be associated with the after-effects of radiation (but can also be triggered by other factors as well). I recently had increasing amounts of tingling in my left arm and hand, and an MRI showed some degeneration in the cervical spine area -- which may or may not have been related to having had radiation. So far, physical therapy has been helping and I haven't had to try anything more drastic.
