I seem to get infections easier now. I just battled a cold that mimiced a lot of your symptoms and colds don't respond to antibiotics. It too manifested for several weeks and an MRI I had during the time showed up nothing. It is the time of year for this sort of thing, plus the cold dry air.
Even post cancer treatment folks get colds!
