In my case it shows up in areas that were not in the rad. beam. As for the stretching I agree we need to do it but in my case when the muscles really "go off" stretching makes it worse. I have been using muscle relaxants but perhaps i'll have to try that Anna's trampoline stuff. I guess it is more of the gift that keeps on giving.
Mark, 21 Year survivor, SCC right tonsil, 3 nodes positive, one with extra-capsular spread. I never asked what stage (would have scared me anyway) Right side tonsillectomy, radical neck dissection right side, maximum radiation to both sides, no chemo, no PEG, age 40 when diagnosed.
