Hi everyone,
I guess this is one place I shouldn't be embarrassed by this problem. I recently started having some minor trouble with the flap they used to do the reconstruction of my tongue. They took it from my forearm, and, well, I have hairy arms.
The doctors assured me that the hair growing on the flap would eventually fall out. The problem is that at the back of my tongue its a bit long and sometimes triggers my gag reflex.
I'm wondering how much longer before it falls out, or should I keep helping it along? The skin from the front most part has just recently begun to fall off (I guess thats the way to put it?). Does this mean it will happen faster now or do I just have to keep combing it

?
Peace,
Fr. Mike
