NSTEP is the group responsible for getting spit tobacco off of our major league baseball diamonds and TV broadcasts for those who do not know.

As part of Oral Health America, who has a 5 million dollar annual grant from the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation which has been given to them for many years now, actually long before OCF started, it goes to show you what happens when committed people get hooked up with money.
