A nutritionist said that drinking boost or pro balance quickly can cause it.
e.g. I slept a long time till about 6 p.m yesterday. I woke up had one ensure like shake, 2 cups tea, another shake, 2 cups water. I usually drink the liquids fairly quickly as it's easier to get them down.
Around 1 am started having strong cramping with normal stool first, then diarrhea and then nausea and vomited a little, mostly the shake.
It's as if the diarrhea and nausea occur together. I was not nauseated before the diarrhea happened.
