You are at great risk for skin infections. There are many things that you can try, ask your RO and rad techs. There is also a product called "Radiacare" which many treatment centers give away samples of.
Make sure that your skin is clean and dry before having a radiation treatment. Lotions and creams on the skin can have a "bolus" effect and exacerbate the radiation damage to the surface of the skin.
