Most of us weaned ourselves slowly from the Duragesic patches. I gradually went from 75 to 50 to 25 to nothing. Even then I felt a little sluggish and depressed for a few days after getting off of the patches. I think that it is quite dangerous to make radical changes in pain killing medications without proper medical direction. Thanks for the message.
