Yeah. I remember going to Amsterdam once to see what Christmas and New Year would be like (had to see what snow looked like!)... I arrived when it was minus 15 deg C ... no trams, no buses, 2 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of sox, beards and eyelashes froze, water pipes broken ... so, I don't mind the heat here... goes well with the prawns and champagne :-)
