I agree with Anita: Speak with your doctors about a PEG tube. I had one placed before radiation and chemo and was able to maintain my weight, take all medications through my tube. My doctors believe it was a factor in the ease with which I managed treatment. Not for everyone but given your current problems you should immediately address it.
