I was 145 lbs. precancer weight and lost 30 lbs. in two weeks after the surgery. I got it back to above 140 but am having trouble keeping it there. Those smoothies get a little old after a month or two. Trying to eat orally and have to make myself eat. It is a hassle. Seeing a dietician sounds like the best advice anyone can give you.
