just want to say hello. I am a 51 yr old male, in reasonably good shape, live in the Baltimore area 9maybe that is half my problem) I just finished an unsuccessful shoulder replacement, an am beginning treatment shortly. No doubt i= I will beat this, as I must get ack to treating my shoulder. GO Ravens!
