Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 4,918 Likes: 67 | Frequently, but not always, certainly often enough to worry me.... I would want any surgical only solution to be complimented by radiation, especially if dysplsia were present in the margins. A second opinon from a radiation oncologist might be in order.
