Joined: May 2005 Posts: 497 | I got a script today and had it filled. I take 1 TBS. three times a day. Do I take it before I eat or what? It also says "If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this mixture do not take until you consult with your Physician. Please see bottle for list of active ingredients."
